Alex joined Genesis One Insurance in May of 2022 as a part-time employee while she was finishing school. She earned her Property and Casualty License in 2023 and recently graduated from Columbia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in OSHA. Alex is now a full-time Retention Specialist with Genesis One Insurance, where she strives to listen to clients’ needs and help them in a timely manner all while using her strong communication skills. She is newly engaged this year to her fiancé, Caleb, and they are planning a wedding for 2026. Alex enjoys all things outdoors, spending quality time with her friends and family, spoiling her niece and nephew, and traveling alongside her fiancé.
